Past simple vs past participle

Past participle is use when i want to describe something before another moment 

To form a sentence in past participle you need to add auxiliar verb "had" and the past participle of the verb and even when the subject is plural we have to Still use had  

Had + adverb like already, just, + main verb in past participle 

And remember the first event is in past participle 

The second is in past simple
