Tag questions

 According to the teacher, tag question is use to confirm information that you already think is true 

Is so easy to learn, but gramatically it could make you feel confuse because the estructure is the tag question must be in the opposite way to the sentence 

For example 

- He speak germany, doesn't he? 

What i mean is when the main sentencia negative, the tag question should be in affirmative and when that is affirmative, the tag question is negative

Present 

We are eat at narcobollo before the metro concert, aren't we? 

Past

You were at carnival museum, weren't you? 

Present perfect 

She hasn't been to the orchest festival so Long, has she? 

There are other examples with tv shows, because thats the way that I've been learning english
